2 cbread, cubed

1/2 cbutter, melted

1/3 cbrown sugar (may adjust to 1/2 cup depending on sweetness of tomatoes)

1/2 cwater
-
1/2 tspsalt
-
10 ozcan whole tomatoes

1 Tbspcinnamon
How to Make Tomato Casserole
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- Boil tomatoes, water, sugar and salt for 5 minutes.
Butter casserole dish and layer bread cubes in bottom.
Pour boiled mixture over bread.
Sprinkle with cinnamon. - Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes.
