tomatillo salsa
I always liked salsa, but the acid from the tomatoes are killing me, due to having reflux. So I opt to tomatillo, they have less acid.. And the avocado mild them out even more.. Now I can enjoy some salsa anytime..

- 1 - jalapeno pepper
- 6 small tomatillos, fresh cleaned and roughly chopped
- 2 - avocados, chunked
- 1/4 cup cilantro, fresh
- 1/2 package fajita seasoning or to taste
- 1 teaspoon chipotle sauce
- - salt and pepper to taste
