tomatillo salsa

I always liked salsa, but the acid from the tomatoes are killing me, due to having reflux. So I opt to tomatillo, they have less acid.. And the avocado mild them out even more.. Now I can enjoy some salsa anytime..

Ingredients

  • 1 small quatered
  • 3 - garlic cloves
  • 1 - jalapeno pepper
  • 6 small tomatillos, fresh cleaned and roughly chopped
  • 2 - avocados, chunked
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, fresh
  • 1/2 package fajita seasoning or to taste
  • 1 teaspoon chipotle sauce
  • - salt and pepper to taste
