Ingredients
- 1 large cauilflower
- 1 cup mayonnaise, ( i use best foods)
- 1 teaspoon country dijon mustard, or to taste
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
How To Make "company cauiflower"

Step 1Trim and clean cauiflower, leaving head whole. Steam cauilflower until tender ( I steam in the microwave with 1 tbsp. water, covered about 10 minutes) Drain.

Step 2Mix mayonnaise and mustard, making sure its the country style, dijon. Pour over head of cauiflower and top with cheddar cheese, place in micowave for 1-1/2 to 2 minutes to heat sauce and melt cheese. Serve whole on a plate, with a bed of parsley. oxoxo
