"Company Cauiflower"

Ingredients

1 largecauilflower
-
1 cmayonnaise, ( i use best foods)

1 tspcountry dijon mustard, or to taste

1 ccheddar cheese, shredded
How to Make "Company Cauiflower"
- Trim and clean cauiflower, leaving head whole. Steam cauilflower until tender ( I steam in the microwave with 1 tbsp. water, covered about 10 minutes)
Drain. - Mix mayonnaise and mustard, making sure its the country style, dijon. Pour over head of cauiflower and top with cheddar cheese, place in micowave for 1-1/2 to 2 minutes to heat sauce and melt cheese. Serve whole on a plate, with a bed of parsley. oxoxo
