·start each recipe with 1/2 cup butter and then addthe suggested stir-in's
·lemon basil butter- 2 tsp finley chopped basil, 2 tea grated lemon rind, salt, pepper to taste.
·chili - lime butter - 2 tsp grated lime rind, 1/2 tsp chili powder, salt and pepper to taste.
·parmesan-parsley butter - 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese , 2 tabs chopped freah parsley, salt and pepper to taste.
