Ingredients

  • 4 small yellow or green summer squash, quartered lengthwise
  • 1/2 cup parmesan, grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1-2 tablespoon olive oil

How To Make tasty baked summer squash

  • Step 1
    Oven temperature should be 350 ° F. Take a large cookie sheet with sides and put a piece of parchment paper in the pan.
  • Step 2
    Next place a cooling rack on top of the parchment paper.and cover the cooling rack with 1/2 of the oil.
  • Step 3
    Mix cheese and all the spices together in bowl. Put all the zucchini in a 9x9 pan and drizzle the rest of the oil over the zucchini, Toss until the oil covers the zucchini.
  • Step 4
    Add the spice parmesan mixture to the 9x9 pan and make sure that all the squash is covered with the cheese mixture.
  • Step 5
    Place all of the spears on the cooling rack, sprinkling any leftsovers over the whole pan. Bake until tender approximately 16-18 minutes.
