This is a good, light salad. it is very fresh tasting and citrusy. :)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked cous cous
  • 1 cup fresh diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup diced cucumbers
  • 1 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 cup garbanzo beans
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 3/4 cup lemon juice
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dry mint
  • 1 teaspoon salt

How To Make tabbouleh salad

  • Step 1
    Combine all ingredients and mix well.
  • Step 2
    Refrigerate for two hours or overnight.
  • Step 3
    Serve cold.
