Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil or olive oil
- 1 tablespoon ginger
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 4 - finely chopped green onions
- 1 tablespoon chilli garlic sauce or season to taste
- 1 teaspoon rice or white vinigar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce or season to taste
- 1 teaspoon corn starch
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoon browned sesame seed
How To Make szechuan green beans

Step 1Heat oil in skillet on Medium heat.

Step 2Add Green Beans and cook uncovered until tender and slightly caramelized. (approx 20 Mins) Stir often.

Step 3Remove Beans from pan and set aside. In same pan add oil and heat.

Step 4Add Ginger, Garlic and onion. Cook 1 minute.

Step 5Then add garlic chilli sauce, vinigar, soy sauce, sugar, and corn starch mixed with water. Cook until sauce thickens a minute or so.

Step 6Add green beans back to mixture and toss to coat completely. Sprinkle with Sesame Seed and stir. Serve hot
