Ingredients

2 mediumleeks, white parts only, halved lengthwise (rinse well)

1/2 smallsavoy cabbage, sliced

1/2 smallcauliflower, broken into small florets

4 stalk(s)broccolini
-
1 smallsweet potato, thinly sliced
-
10 ozheavy cream
-
·salt and pepper, to taste
-
7 ozparmigiano-reggiano, grated
-
2 1/2 ozunsalted butter
How to Make Swiss Baked Vegetables
- Preheat oven to 400F. Butter a large ovenproof rectangular dish.
- Lay the vegetables in rows next to each other.
- Pour over the cream, sprinkle with salt and pepper and Parmesan. Break butter into little pieces and dot it over vegetables.
- Bake for about 25 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
Serve hot.
