sweet & spicy creamed spinach with veggies
I had a taste for spinach so I came up with this recipe. My husband tried it & loved it. It's our favorite spinach recipe now.

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 package spinach, fresh
- 1/2 cup artichoke hearts, canned
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 - onion
- 1/2 cup roasted red peppers
- 8 ounces cream cheese, low-fat
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 5 cloves garlic
- 2 teaspoons hot pepper sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper
How To Make sweet & spicy creamed spinach with veggies

Step 1Chop artichokes, tomatoes, roasted red bell peppers, & onion. After chopping, put in small bowl & set aside.

Step 2Melt 2 Tbsp butter & saute spinach & choppeed veggies for 2 minutes. Add cream cheese, honey, dijon mustard, hot pepper sauce, & spices. Cook until cream cheese is melted & veggies are soft, about 8 minutes.

Step 3Serve alone or as a side to any meat or fish entree.
