I made this recipe because of a Pork Roast we were having for dinner. I thought it would make a great side dish. We like many sweet & sour dishes in our household and this is no exception. This was so tasty. It is simple and easy & does not require an extensive cooking time, it is made on the stove top, and is a great accompaniment to many Main Entrees. I like to be versatile in my cooking menu and my husband really appreciate that.
