pickeling spice ( tied in cheese cloth to boil )
red bell pepper (coared seeded and cut in 1 inch pieces )
jalapino pepper ( seeded and vained )
How to Make SWEET ONION AND OKRA RELISH
1Bring to boil in a medium sauce pan the vinegar, water, salt, and spice bag.
2Add okra, onion, bell pepper, and jalapino pepper return to boil.
3Remove from heat cool. Remove spice bag. Refrigerate covered for 8 hours
4Will keep in refrigerator 1 week.
