2 Tbspapple cider vinegar
4 Tbspdark brown sugar
3/4 csultanas (yellow raisins)
1 Tbspchopped garlic
1 pinchpaprika, hot
1 pinchsea salt

How to Make Sweet Gypsy Turnip Greens
- Sauteed frozen greens in olive oil on med high heat until totally thawed.
- Add the rest of the ingredients, stir until brown sugar in melted.
- Cover and lowered heat to low. Stirring occasionally, cook for 15 minutes or more as you finish the rest of your meal.
- Enjoy! Best served with savory meats; the acidity from this dish cuts through the richness in such a combination.
