Ingredients

  • 2 cups celery, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 - egg, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup sour cream

How To Make sweet and sour celery

  • Step 1
    Cook sliced celery in 1/2 cup water, until tender and nearly dry. Mix remaining ingredients, except sour cream. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. When mixture thickens remove from heat and fold in sour cream. Pour over hot celery and serve at once. Makes 4 servings.
