- 2 cups celery, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 - egg, beaten
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup sour cream
How To Make sweet and sour celery

Step 1Cook sliced celery in 1/2 cup water, until tender and nearly dry. Mix remaining ingredients, except sour cream. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. When mixture thickens remove from heat and fold in sour cream. Pour over hot celery and serve at once. Makes 4 servings.
