sweet and sour brussel sprouts
I told you I love cabbage, well I love Brussel sprouts as well. This is one of my favorite ways to fix them.

Ingredients
- 3 cups fresh or frozen brussel sprouts
- 8 slices bacon
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
How To Make sweet and sour brussel sprouts

Step 1Cook brussel sprouts covered in a small amount of water for 10 to 15 minutes or until tender. Drain. Cook bacon until crisp and drain; reserving 2 tablespoons bacon drippings. Crumble bacon and set to one side. To drippings add vinegar, sugar, salt, garlic, and pepper. Add sprouts. Stir until heated through and well coated. Sprinkle with bacon.
