This sounds like a light and refreshing dish to serve all yr round. I haven't made it yet but it is one of many on my list to try.

Ingredients

  • 12 oz
    gemeli pasta, cooked and cooled
  • 4 oz
    snow peas (about 2 cups)
  • 2 large
    broccoli tops, chopped
  • 1 1/2 c
    fresh pineapple, cubed
  • 1 small
    red onion, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp
    fresh chives
  • 1 clove
    garlic, minced
  • ENOVA SALAD DRESSING

  • 1/3 c
    enova oil
  • 2 Tbsp
    white wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp
    dijon mustard
  • ·
    juice of half a lemon

How to Make Summertime Pasta Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. Steam snow peas and broccoli for 2-4 minutes or until crisp tender. Mix all ingredients together and toss with dressing. Season to taste w/ salt and pepper. Chill and serve
