How to Make Summer Vegetable Stir Fry
- Dice up the cabbage, onion, celery and one of the zucchini.
- Slice up the other zucchini and squash.
- Put 1 tablespoon oil in large skillet; saute vegetables for about 10 minutes on medium with lid on, stirring occasionally.
- Add 1/4 cup water and turn to low to steam until all veggies are cooked soft to your liking. Salt, pepper and serve.
