Ingredients
- 2 - yellow squash
- 2 - zucchini squash
- 1 large shallots
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 sprig fresh thyme
- 2 tablespoons bacon bits
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
How To Make summer squash saute

Step 1Slice squash into quarters and chop into rounds about 1/4 in thick. Mince shallot and set aside. Pull thyme from stems. Heat butter in saute pan. Add shallot and thyme and saute for one minute. Add squash and saute until tender crisp. Drain juices from pan and return squash to pan adding bacon and cheese. Toss in pan and serve immediately.
