stir fry veggies...

IS WINTER TIME WANTED SOMETHIN FRESH SO I CAME UP WITH THIS STIR FRY USIN ALL FRESH PRODUCE...ADDED TRUFFLE OIL TO IT............YUMMY!!!!

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon veggie oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 package [10 oz bag] matchstick carrots
  • 1 bunch [5] green onion,rough chop
  • 1 small zucchini,grated
  • 1 small yellow squash,grated
  • 1 package [6 oz ]sliced mushroom
  • 1 tablespoon dried celery leaves
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes,1/2ved[i did not use when pic taken they did not look good in store]
  • - salt and peppe,r to taste
  • - drizzle , truffle oil

How To Make stir fry veggies...

  • Step 1
    have all stuff chopped and ready to go into pan....i chopped onions and grated both squash...
  • Step 2
    put oil and butter in pan turn on high heat jus til it smokes add carrots mix and stir quckly[stir fry] coat well with oil...after bout 5-7 min add onions stir fry 3-5 min
  • Step 3
    add squash and celery leaves stir fry 2-3 min add mushrooms stir fry 5-8 min [last 2-3 min add tomatoes] all veggies should be tender taste add salt and pepper if needed jus before puttin into servin bowl drizzle with truffle oil stir well serve and enjoy!!!!!
  • Step 4
    we had this with baked chicken and teriyakki pasta
