IS WINTER TIME WANTED SOMETHIN FRESH SO I CAME UP WITH THIS STIR FRY USIN ALL FRESH PRODUCE...ADDED TRUFFLE OIL TO IT............YUMMY!!!!

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon veggie oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 package [10 oz bag] matchstick carrots
- 1 bunch [5] green onion,rough chop
- 1 small zucchini,grated
- 1 small yellow squash,grated
- 1 package [6 oz ]sliced mushroom
- 1 tablespoon dried celery leaves
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes,1/2ved[i did not use when pic taken they did not look good in store]
- - salt and peppe,r to taste
- - drizzle , truffle oil
How To Make stir fry veggies...

Step 1have all stuff chopped and ready to go into pan....i chopped onions and grated both squash...

Step 2put oil and butter in pan turn on high heat jus til it smokes add carrots mix and stir quckly[stir fry] coat well with oil...after bout 5-7 min add onions stir fry 3-5 min

Step 3add squash and celery leaves stir fry 2-3 min add mushrooms stir fry 5-8 min [last 2-3 min add tomatoes] all veggies should be tender taste add salt and pepper if needed jus before puttin into servin bowl drizzle with truffle oil stir well serve and enjoy!!!!!

Step 4we had this with baked chicken and teriyakki pasta
