IS WINTER TIME WANTED SOMETHIN FRESH SO I CAME UP WITH THIS STIR FRY USIN ALL FRESH PRODUCE...ADDED TRUFFLE OIL TO IT............YUMMY!!!!

Ingredients For stir fry veggies...

  • 1 Tbsp
    veggie oil
  • 1 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1 pkg
    [10 oz bag] matchstick carrots
  • 1 bunch
    [5] green onion,rough chop
  • 1 sm
    zucchini,grated
  • 1 sm
    yellow squash,grated
  • 1 pkg
    [6 oz ]sliced mushroom
  • 1 Tbsp
    dried celery leaves
  • 1 pt
    cherry tomatoes,1/2ved[i did not use when pic taken they did not look good in store]
  • salt and peppe,r to taste
  • drizzle , truffle oil

How To Make stir fry veggies...

    have all stuff chopped and ready to go into pan....i chopped onions and grated both squash...

    put oil and butter in pan turn on high heat jus til it smokes add carrots mix and stir quckly[stir fry] coat well with oil...after bout 5-7 min add onions stir fry 3-5 min

    add squash and celery leaves stir fry 2-3 min add mushrooms stir fry 5-8 min [last 2-3 min add tomatoes] all veggies should be tender taste add salt and pepper if needed jus before puttin into servin bowl drizzle with truffle oil stir well serve and enjoy!!!!!
