IS WINTER TIME WANTED SOMETHIN FRESH SO I CAME UP WITH THIS STIR FRY USIN ALL FRESH PRODUCE...ADDED TRUFFLE OIL TO IT............YUMMY!!!!

Ingredients

1 Tbsp
veggie oil
1 Tbsp
butter
1 pkg
[10 oz bag] matchstick carrots
1 bunch
[5] green onion,rough chop
1 small
zucchini,grated
1 small
yellow squash,grated
1 pkg
[6 oz ]sliced mushroom
1 Tbsp
dried celery leaves
1 pt
cherry tomatoes,1/2ved[i did not use when pic taken they did not look good in store]
salt and peppe,r to taste
drizzle , truffle oil

How to Make STIR FRY VEGGIES...

Step-by-Step

  • 1have all stuff chopped and ready to go into pan....i chopped onions and grated both squash...
  • 2put oil and butter in pan turn on high heat jus til it smokes add carrots mix and stir quckly[stir fry] coat well with oil...after bout 5-7 min add onions stir fry 3-5 min
  • 3add squash and celery leaves stir fry 2-3 min add mushrooms stir fry 5-8 min [last 2-3 min add tomatoes] all veggies should be tender taste add salt and pepper if needed jus before puttin into servin bowl drizzle with truffle oil stir well serve and enjoy!!!!!
  • 4we had this with baked chicken and teriyakki pasta
