Ingredients

  • 1 lb
    fresh asparagus, trimmed, thinly sliced diagonally
  • 1 small
    onion,sliced
  • 1 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
    butter
  • 2 Tbsp
    sliced almonds
  • ·
    grated peel pf 1/2 lemon
  • 1 Tbsp
    fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp
    lite sot sauce

How to Make STIR-FRY FRESH ASPARAGUS

Step-by-Step

  1. In a non-stick skillet, stir fry asparagus, onion and garlis in butter, until just tender, 5-7 minutes. Stir in renaining ingredients; heat. Makes 3-4 servings.
