These were very tasty and my family will want me to make them again.. I served these veggies with my Chicken Crockpot Tenders....and sweet potatoes...

Ingredients

each of zucchini,bell pepper,small eggplant,yellow squash
1 small
onion cut in thin wedges

grape tomatoes,cut in half
1/2 c
shredded carrots
2 stalk(s)
celery,bite size pieces
3 slice
crispy bacon, crushed
2 Tbsp
bacon drippings
1 Tbsp
olive oil
1 Tbsp
each garlic powder with parsley and italian seasoning
1 tsp
each dill weed,black pepper,seasoned salt, and dried basil

How to Make Stir Fried Veggies

Step-by-Step

  • 1Heat bacon dripping and olive oil in large skillet add the vegetables cut up in bite sized pieces.Cook and stir until crisp tender and not mushy ; cover for 1 minute.
  • 2Add the seasonings and bacon; fold in to blend. No liquid is needed as the veggies makes their own. Cook for about 3 minutes. Serve right away.
