Ingredients
- 1 - each of zucchini,bell pepper,small eggplant,yellow squash
- 1 small onion cut in thin wedges
- 12 - grape tomatoes,cut in half
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 2 stalks celery,bite size pieces
- 3 slices crispy bacon, crushed
- 2 tablespoons bacon drippings
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon each garlic powder with parsley and italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon each dill weed,black pepper,seasoned salt, and dried basil
How To Make stir fried veggies

Step 1Heat bacon dripping and olive oil in large skillet add the vegetables cut up in bite sized pieces.Cook and stir until crisp tender and not mushy ; cover for 1 minute.

Step 2Add the seasonings and bacon; fold in to blend. No liquid is needed as the veggies makes their own. Cook for about 3 minutes. Serve right away.
