Ingredients For stir fried veggies

  • 1
    each of zucchini,bell pepper,small eggplant,yellow squash
  • 1 sm
    onion cut in thin wedges
  • 12
    grape tomatoes,cut in half
  • 1/2 c
    shredded carrots
  • 2 stalk
    celery,bite size pieces
  • 3 slice
    crispy bacon, crushed
  • 2 Tbsp
    bacon drippings
  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp
    each garlic powder with parsley and italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp
    each dill weed,black pepper,seasoned salt, and dried basil

How To Make stir fried veggies

  • 1
    Heat bacon dripping and olive oil in large skillet add the vegetables cut up in bite sized pieces.Cook and stir until crisp tender and not mushy ; cover for 1 minute.

    Add the seasonings and bacon; fold in to blend. No liquid is needed as the veggies makes their own. Cook for about 3 minutes. Serve right away.
