One of the vegetables I have success with in the garden are bell peppers. This is to help use some of them up!

1 1/2 Tbspvegetable oil

1 Tbsplight sesame oil

2 mdyellow bell peppers, cut into julienne strips

2 mdred bell peppers, cut into julienne strips

12 ozfresh snow pea pods

1 1/2 Tbspsake

8green onions, cut into 1-inch pieces
- SPICY GARLIC SAUCE

2 lggarlic cloves, minced

1 1/2 tspsugar
-
3 Tbspsoy sauce
-
2 tsplight sesame oil

1/2 tspchili paste
How To Make stir-fried peppers and snow peas

1Pour 1 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil and 1 tablespoon sesame oil around the top of a preheated wok or large skillet, coating the sides; heat at medium high (375º) for 2 minutes.

2Add the peppers and snow peas, and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add the sake, and stir-fry 1 minute. Add the green onions and Spicy Garlic Dressing. Stir fry for 45 seconds. Serve immediately.

3For the Spicy Garlic Dressing: Combine all ingredients in a small bowl; stir well.
