Ingredients
- 1 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon light sesame oil
- 2 medium yellow bell peppers, cut into julienne strips
- 2 medium red bell peppers, cut into julienne strips
- 12 ounces fresh snow pea pods
- 1 1/2 tablespoons sake
- 8 green onions, cut into 1-inch pieces
- SPICY GARLIC SAUCE
- 2 large garlic cloves, minced
- 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons light sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon chili paste
How To Make stir-fried peppers and snow peas

Step 1Pour 1 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil and 1 tablespoon sesame oil around the top of a preheated wok or large skillet, coating the sides; heat at medium high (375º) for 2 minutes.

Step 2Add the peppers and snow peas, and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add the sake, and stir-fry 1 minute. Add the green onions and Spicy Garlic Dressing. Stir fry for 45 seconds. Serve immediately.

Step 3For the Spicy Garlic Dressing: Combine all ingredients in a small bowl; stir well.
