1Wash and clean your beans thoroughly. Then snap off the ends and try to leave them whole.
2In a large sauce pen, put your green beans in and cover with water, add salt and bring to a rolling boil for about 5-7 minutes.
Drain green beans in a colander, shake off all excess water.
3Heat your canola oil and add the beans to the pan. Turn the heat to medium high. Stir frequently, add soy sauce, sesame oil and salt and pepper to taste. Cook for about another 5 minutes until you start to get some color on them. Turn off the heat. Serve and enjoy!
