Ingredients

  • 2 c
    diced yellow squash
  • 2 pkg
    cornbread mix, cooked
  • 1/2 c
    margarine, melted
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of chicken soup
  • 1 large
    onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1/2 lb
    velvetta cheese

How to Make Squash dressing

Step-by-Step

  1. Cook cornbread according to package instructions. Cube squash and simmer in a pot with onioins and butter and salt and pepper.
  2. When cornbread is done crumble in with cooked squash, add soup and cheese, Mix well. Pour into a baking dish, that has been sprayed with pam, bake for 25 min at 350*
