- 1 bag spinach, fresh
- 2 cups orzo pasta, cooked al dente
- 5 - garlic cloves, smashed
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- - salt/pepper to taste
How To Make spinach w/ orzo pasta, garlic, & parmesan cheese

Step 1boil orzo, al dente ( firm to taste) about 8-9 mins.

Step 2in a large pot,add the olive oil, garlic, immediately add the fresh spinach... stir together for a min,drain and rinse the orzo and add to the pot..take off the burner...the warmth of the orzo will continue wilting down the spinach without overdoing it....add parmesan cheese, combine gently ...and that's all she wrote...sooo yummy
