- 1 package 10-oz. pkg. baby spinach, thick stems removed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 scallions, chopped
- 1/4 cup golden raisins
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- salt and pepper to taste
How To Make spinach saute with scallions & golden raisins

Step 1Heat oil in a skillet and add the chopped scallions and golden raisins - cook for 30 seconds to 1 minute. Add the spinach and 1/4 tsp. salt and pepper.

Step 2Toss spinach until just wilted 1-2 minutes. Stir in lemon juice and serve with your favorite meat dish.
