Ingredients

3--10 oz. packages chopped spinach
16-oz. packages riccotta cheese
3/4 cup chedder cheese. shredded
1 cup eggbeaters or eggwhites
4 tablespoons parmesan cheese
3/4 cup onion, chopped
1 tablespoon dill
- garlic powder, seasoned salt (lawry's and pepper

How To Make spinach lovers delight

Step 1

Thaw and drain chopped spinach. Sprinkle with garlic powder, seasoned salt and pepper (to your taste.)

Step 2

In a large bowl mix eggbeaters, cheeses, onions and dill. Pour mixture in a ligtly greased 9x9 pan.
Step 3

Bake in preheated oven at 350' for 50-60 minutes. A knife inserted in the center should come out clean. Cool slightly before cutting. Enjoy !
