This is a nice side dish for family and friends who love spinach and mushrooms.

Ingredients

  • 9 oz
    fresh spinach
  • 12 oz
    mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 c
    onions,chopped
  • 1/4 tsp
    seasoned salt (lawry's)
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    cajun seasoning
  • 2 Tbsp
    parnesean cheese
  • ·
    cooking oil spray

How to Make Spinach and Mushroom Saute'

Step-by-Step

  1. Spray a large saute' pan with cooking oil spray.
    Cook onions and mushrooms with added seasonings ( except parmesean cheese) until mushrooms are tender (about 5 minutes)
  2. Add spinach. Cover and cook until spinach is wilted (about 5 minutes)
    Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
    Stir in parmesean cheese. Enjoy!
