- 9 ounces fresh spinach
- 12 ounces mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup onions,chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt (lawry's)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cajun seasoning
- 2 tablespoons parnesean cheese
- - cooking oil spray
How To Make spinach and mushroom saute'

Step 1Spray a large saute' pan with cooking oil spray. Cook onions and mushrooms with added seasonings ( except parmesean cheese) until mushrooms are tender (about 5 minutes)

Step 2Add spinach. Cover and cook until spinach is wilted (about 5 minutes) Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Stir in parmesean cheese. Enjoy!
