Ingredients
- 6 large ripe tomatoes
- 1 large english cucumber
- 1 medium sweet onion
- 1 medium bell pepper
- 3/4 cup cider vinegar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons celery salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons mustard seed
- 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 cup water
How To Make spicy tomatoes

Step 1Skin and quarter the tomatoes ( quick dip them in boiling water the skin will slip right off) Slice the green pepper into strips and slice the onion into rings..save the cucumber for a hour before serving to keep it from softening..Place veggies minus the cuke into a large bowl..,mix liquids and spices in a small sauce pan and bring to boil for 1 minute..while hot pour over the veggies..chill over night..serve as a relish or side dish.can bemade days ahead without the cuke
