Ingredients

1 cwater

1 tspsugar

3(10 ounce) packages frozen snow peas

1(8 ounce) can sliced water chestnuts, drained

1/4 corange liqueur
-
5 Tbspbutter
-
1 tspsalt
-
1 pinchred pepper flakes to taste
-
1 smallcucumber jullianned for garnish
How to Make SNOW PEAS FLAMBE
- Bring 1 cup water to a boil and add the sugar.
- Drop in snow peas and cook until barely tender, drain and return to pan.
- Add the water chestnuts, liqueur, butter and salt.
- Cook over medium-low heat until heated through.
