- 1 Large slice onion
- 2 Large slices zucchini
- 3 cloves garlic
- 4 tablespoons unsalted real butter
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Several pinch mrs. dash garlic & herb seasoning mix
- 1/4 cup low sodium chicken broth
How To Make smothered zucchini and onions

Step 1I like to use my wok or a big skillet for this recipe.

Step 2Slice the zucchini and onion into coins. Mince the garlic then toss everything together with a little olive oil and season with pepper and Mrs. Dash Garlic and Herb seasoning mix.

Step 3Add olive oil and butter to saute pan, when melted saute vegetables over medium to high heat until they are brown. Add chicken broth and cover until your desired tenderness.
