Ingredients For smothered zucchini and onions

1 Large sliceonion

2 Large slicezucchini

3 clovegarlic

4 Tbspunsalted real butter

1/4 colive oil

Several pinchmrs. dash garlic & herb seasoning mix

1/4 clow sodium chicken broth
How To Make smothered zucchini and onions

1I like to use my wok or a big skillet for this recipe.

2Slice the zucchini and onion into coins. Mince the garlic then toss everything together with a little olive oil and season with pepper and Mrs. Dash Garlic and Herb seasoning mix.

3Add olive oil and butter to saute pan, when melted saute vegetables over medium to high heat until they are brown. Add chicken broth and cover until your desired tenderness.
