Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp
    canola oil
  • 1 lb
    trimmed fresh green beans, washed and dried
  • 1 tsp
    smoked sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    greek seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp
    minced garlic
  • 3 Tbsp
    balsamic vinegar

How to Make Smoky Balsamic Skillet Beans

Step-by-Step

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add green beans. Sprinkle with sea salt and seasoning. Cook for 10-12 minutes until beans are slightly browned, stirring often.
  2. Sprinkle with garlic then drizzle with vinegar.
  3. Reduce heat to low. Cook for 1-2 minutes more or until liquid is evaporated, stirring constantly. Remove to serving platter. Serve immediately. Serves 4.
