Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons canola oil
  • 1 pound trimmed fresh green beans, washed and dried
  • 1 teaspoon smoked sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon greek seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

How To Make smoky balsamic skillet beans

  • Step 1
    Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add green beans. Sprinkle with sea salt and seasoning. Cook for 10-12 minutes until beans are slightly browned, stirring often.
  • Step 2
    Sprinkle with garlic then drizzle with vinegar.
  • Step 3
    Reduce heat to low. Cook for 1-2 minutes more or until liquid is evaporated, stirring constantly. Remove to serving platter. Serve immediately. Serves 4.
