Great for a lightened up corn casserole. My family just loves easy side dishes and casseroles too. So quick and easy to make. Servings: 15 • Size: about 2-2/3 x 3 inch piece •

Ingredients
- 8 1/2 ounces corn muffin mix
- 15 1/2 ounces can sweet yellow corn, drained
- 14 3/4 ounces sweet corn cream style
- 16 ounces fat free greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup melted light butter
- 1/2 cup egg whites
- - baking spray
How To Make skinnytaste make-over corn casserole

Step 1Preheat oven to 350°. Spray a 9 x 13 baking dish with cooking spray.

Step 2In a large bowl combine all the ingredients and mix with a spoon, it will be fluffy and you will think you did something wrong, don't worry, you are doing fine.

Step 3Pour into baking dish and bake 55-60 minutes, or until the edges are golden. Let it cool a few minutes before cutting. Makes 15 pieces
