broccoli florets
3 Tbsp
olive oil
1-1/2 tsp
salt
3/4 c
water
1 tsp
sugar
1 Tbsp
sesame seeds, toasted

How to Make Six-Minute Broccoli

Step-by-Step

  • 1Separate florets of broccoli into small pieces.
  • 2Wash broccoli. Drain.
  • 3Heat oil in wok to 400 degrees. When hot, put in broccoli and stir-fry 1 minute.
  • 4Add salt, water, and sugar. Cover. Cook 3 minutes at 300 degrees.
  • 5Remove cover. Stir-fry 2 minutes.
  • 6Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
