How to Make Six-Minute Broccoli


  1. Separate florets of broccoli into small pieces.
  2. Wash broccoli. Drain.
  3. Heat oil in wok to 400 degrees. When hot, put in broccoli and stir-fry 1 minute.
  4. Add salt, water, and sugar. Cover. Cook 3 minutes at 300 degrees.
  5. Remove cover. Stir-fry 2 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
