- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1-1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted
How To Make six-minute broccoli

Step 1Separate florets of broccoli into small pieces.

Step 2Wash broccoli. Drain.

Step 3Heat oil in wok to 400 degrees. When hot, put in broccoli and stir-fry 1 minute.

Step 4Add salt, water, and sugar. Cover. Cook 3 minutes at 300 degrees.

Step 5Remove cover. Stir-fry 2 minutes.

Step 6Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
