Ingredients
- 3 cups chopped thinly, cabbage
- 1 large red apple, unpeeled, cored, chopped
- 1 large granny smith apple unpeeled, cored, chopped
- 1 large carrot, grated
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper, chopped
- 2 - scallions, chopped
- 1/3 cup light mayonnaise, i used hellmans
- 1/3 cup light brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
How To Make simple summer slaw

Step 1In lg bowl, combine cabbage, apples, carrot, red bell pepper and scallions. Toss.

Step 2In another bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, brown sugar and lemon juice. Pour dressing over salad and toss gently to coat.
