Two great cooks from our church back in NY would bring this vegetable dish to family dinners on Wednesday nights. I don't think the dishes ever went home with anything in them. What a great way to eat spinach when fresh wasn't in season, and we didn't have many fresh vegetables that were not in season in those days.

Ingredients
- 2 pounds cottage cheese, large curd
- 6 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon oregano, dried
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 stick butter, sliced
- 2 boxes frozen, chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
- 1 package old english cheese slices, cut into small pieces
How To Make serbian spinach

Step 1Mix all ingredients together. Place in a greased casserole dish. bake at 350-degrees for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
