Ingredients
- 13 ounces evaporated milk
- 1/3 cup flour
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1/3 cup celery leaves
- 3 cups mild shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 medium yellow onion, sliced thinly
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon ground pepper
- 6 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced about 1/4 inch thick
How To Make scalloped potatoes (crockpot style)

Step 1Spray the inside the crockpot with nonstick cooking spray. Put a layer of potatoes on bottom. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add opinions and cheese.

Step 2In a blender, combine the celery leaves, butter, flour, and evaporated milk and process. Pour over the potatoes.

Step 3Cover and cook on low for about 5 to 6 hours. Sprinkle with parsley (optional).
