How to Make Scalloped Corn


  1. Preheat oven to 350*.
  2. Empty corn into a medium-size oven proof bowl.
  3. Mixing by hand, add the eggs.
  4. Crush the crackers into medium to small pieces; fold into the egg-corn mixture until well blended.
  5. Place on middle rack of preheated oven, and bake for 1 hour.
