- 3 cans creamed corn
- 3 medium eggs
- 1 - sleeve saltine crackers
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make scalloped corn

Step 1Preheat oven to 350*.

Step 2Empty corn into a medium-size oven proof bowl.

Step 3Mixing by hand, add the eggs.

Step 4Crush the crackers into medium to small pieces; fold into the egg-corn mixture until well blended.

Step 5Place on middle rack of preheated oven, and bake for 1 hour.
