Ingredients
- 2 cups celery cut into 1-inch pieces.
- 1 can cheddar cheese soup
- - tabasco sauce
- - bread crumbs
- - grated cheddar cheese
How To Make scalloped celery

Step 1place celery in saucepan, cover with boiling water and boil until tender (about 1/2 hour). Heat soup slowly and stir until smooth. Add celery and a dash of Tabasco sauce. Pour into casserole. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and grated cheese. Bake in moderate oven (350-400F) until golden brown.
