- 1 - zucchini
- 1 - yellow squash
- 1 - red onion
- 1 - orange bell pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil, extra virgin
- pinch sea salt
- 2 cloves garlic
How To Make sauteed vegetables

Step 1Slice bell peppers,zucchini, yellow squash, and red onion. Mince garlic. Over medium heat add olive oil, garlic, and onions. Add remaining ingredients. Cook until vegetables soften. Add sea salt to taste.
