sauteed spinach & mushrooms
My husband and I love sauteed spinach and my daughter loves loves loves mushrooms. I made this to please us all. It is so delicious!

Ingredients
- 8 ounces cremini mushrooms, sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- - salt and pepper
- 1 teaspoon white sugar
- 3-4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 - bag of baby spinach
How To Make sauteed spinach & mushrooms

Step 1Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and then add sliced mushrooms. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Saute for 3-4 minutes until the mushrooms start to soften.

Step 2Sprinkle the sugar over the mushrooms. Add the garlic and cook for about 1 minute. Add the spinach and cook until wilted. Note: You may need to add the spinach in batches depending on the size of your pan.
