Ingredients
- 1 package baby spinach, prewashed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- - sale & pepper to taste
- 1 - hard boiled egg (optional)
How To Make sauteed spinach by sallye

Step 1Heat olive oil to medium hot in a large heavy dutch oven or skillet When oil is slightly smoking, add entire package of spinach and cover pan with lid

Step 2RESIST THE TEMPTATION TO LIFT THE LID OF THE PAN FOR ONE MINUTE

Step 3After one minute, remove the lid from the pan Add salt and pepper to taste Stir the spinach around until all of it is cooked (generally about 1-2 minutes will do it) The spinach makes its own juices.

Step 4Plate and garnish with slices of hard boiled egg (optional)
