Ingredients
- 16 ounces sliced mushrooms
- 18 ounces fresh spinach
- 3 cloves garlic, sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt (lawry's)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cajun seasoning
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
How To Make sauteed spinach and mushrooms

Step 1Spray a large saute' pan with cooking oil spray. Add mushrooms and garlic. Cook for 3 minutes or until mushrooms are tender.

Step 2Add spinach and seasonings. Cover and cook until spinach is wilted. Reduce heat to low. Add the parmesan cheese and simmer 4 minutes. Enjoy !
