How To Make sauteed spinach and mushrooms

1Spray a large saute' pan with cooking oil spray. Add mushrooms and garlic. Cook for 3 minutes or until mushrooms are tender.

2Add spinach and seasonings. Cover and cook until spinach is wilted. Reduce heat to low. Add the parmesan cheese and simmer 4 minutes. Enjoy !
