Ingredients

16 oz
sliced mushrooms
18 oz
fresh spinach
3 clove
garlic, sliced
1/2 tsp
seasoned salt (lawry's)
1/2 tsp
garlic powder
1/2 tsp
cajun seasoning
1/2 c
parmesan cheese

Step-By-Step

1Spray a large saute' pan with cooking oil spray.
Add mushrooms and garlic. Cook for 3 minutes or until mushrooms are tender.
2Add spinach and seasonings. Cover and cook until spinach is wilted.
Reduce heat to low. Add the parmesan cheese and simmer 4 minutes.
