    garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp
    white wine
  • 2-9 oz
    packages spinach
  • 3/4 tsp
    salt

How to Make Sauteed Spinach

Step-by-Step

  1. In large skillet, sauté garlic colves in olive oil for one minute. Add white wine.
  2. Cook until liquid is reduced by half. Add spinach and salt; cook and stir for 2 minutes or just until spinach is wilted.
