How to Make Sauteed Spinach


  • 1In large skillet, sauté garlic colves in olive oil for one minute. Add white wine.
  • 2Cook until liquid is reduced by half. Add spinach and salt; cook and stir for 2 minutes or just until spinach is wilted.
