- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 small container of fresh button mushrooms, sliced
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 large bag of fresh spinach
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
How To Make sautéed mushrooms with spinach

Step 1Prepare the mushrooms by wiping gently with a damp paper towel to remove any dirt that may be on them; do not rinse them in water. Slice the mushrooms.

Step 2Heat butter in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add mushrooms and garlic; cook and stir until mushrooms are tender. Reduce heat to medium.

Step 3Add spinach; cook and stir 5 minutes or until spinach is wilted but still bright green.

Step 4Season with in salt and pepper; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
