- 3 cups fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic pepper
- 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
How To Make sauteed mushrooms

Step 1Melt butter in non stick skillet. Add mushrooms, garlic, lemon juice, garlic pepper and season salt and cook until mushrooms release and shrink on medium heat for about 20 minutes. Add 1 cup of water, lower heat to low and let simmer for 20-30 minutes. Serve over grilled chicken, steaks, rice, mashed potatoes, etc.
