Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 bunch fennel
- 1 teaspoon wasabi powder
- 1 dash salt and pepper
How To Make sauteed fennel

Step 1In a non stick covered pan. Add olive oil, minced garlic, and sliced thin fennel blub and stem. Cook on low to med heat, turning once in ten minutes.

Step 2Uncover and add wasabi powder. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Turn the heat up and caramelize to a nice brown color.
