olive oil
1 clove
garlic
1 bunch
fennel
1 tsp
wasabi powder
1 dash(es)
salt and pepper

How to Make Sauteed Fennel

Step-by-Step

  • 1In a non stick covered pan. Add olive oil, minced garlic, and sliced thin fennel blub and stem. Cook on low to med heat, turning once in ten minutes.
  • 2Uncover and add wasabi powder. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Turn the heat up and caramelize to a nice brown color.
