Ingredients

  • 1 pound brussel sprouts, fresh
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper

How To Make sauteed brussel sprouts

  • Step 1
    rinse and remove outer leaves trim ends off. Slice in half
  • Step 2
    press garlic
  • Step 3
    on medium heat in a large skillet add butter, brussel sprouts. Toss or stir gentley for about 3 minutes. Add garlic, salt and pepper. Toss or stir for about 1 more minute. Serve
