Sauerkraut and tomato casserole

Ingredients

1 jar(s)sauerkraut, rinsed and drained well

1large can of chopped tomatoes with the juice (i use muir glen)

1/2 cchopped onion, sauteed
-
1/4 cchopped celery, sauteed with the onion in butter
-
1/4 cbrown sugar
How to Make Sauerkraut and tomato casserole
- After saute the onion and celery, mix the remaining ingredients in a casserole dish and bake at 350 for 45 to 50 mins until most of the moisture has evaporated.
