My husband's grandmother intoduced me to squash and this is the only way I really like it. A simple side veggie dish but I could eat the whole thing by myself!

Ingredients
- 5-6 medium squash, fresh
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2-3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2-1 cup milk
- liberal dash salt and pepper
How To Make sandy's squash

Step 1Dice squash into thick chunks and throw into pan. Add olive oil and butter,salt and pepper. Cook on med-high for about 5-6 minutes.

Step 2Add milk and simmer for another 5-10 minutes. *(I like my squash firm so I don't cook as long, so whatever you prefer.)
