How to Make Root Vegetable (roasted)

Step-by-Step

  • 1wash and cut each veg. into 1 inch cubes
    Pre-heat oven to 425
  • 2put all vegs. into a large bowl and drizzle olive oil over them until well coated
  • 3spray a large baking pan with Pam
    put vegs into pan in a single layer
    sprinkle steak seasoning over the vegs- the amount is your own preference
  • 4bake 15 mins and then turn vegs over
    and bake until they are easily pierced with a fork
    salt and pepper to taste
