Ingredients For root vegetable (roasted)

    sweet potatoes
  • 2
    parsnips
  • 2
    beets
  • 2
    red potatotes
  • 8
    baby carrots
  • 1
    red onion
  • olive oil
  • steak seasoning
  • salt & pepper

How To Make root vegetable (roasted)

    wash and cut each veg. into 1 inch cubes Pre-heat oven to 425
  • 2
    put all vegs. into a large bowl and drizzle olive oil over them until well coated
  • 3
    spray a large baking pan with Pam put vegs into pan in a single layer sprinkle steak seasoning over the vegs- the amount is your own preference
  • 4
    bake 15 mins and then turn vegs over and bake until they are easily pierced with a fork salt and pepper to taste
