Ingredients
- 1 sweet potatoes
- 2 parsnips
- 2 beets
- 2 red potatotes
- 8 baby carrots
- 1 red onion
- olive oil
- steak seasoning
- salt & pepper
How To Make root vegetable (roasted)

Step 1wash and cut each veg. into 1 inch cubes Pre-heat oven to 425

Step 2put all vegs. into a large bowl and drizzle olive oil over them until well coated

Step 3spray a large baking pan with Pam put vegs into pan in a single layer sprinkle steak seasoning over the vegs- the amount is your own preference

Step 4bake 15 mins and then turn vegs over and bake until they are easily pierced with a fork salt and pepper to taste
