Ingredients For root vegetable (roasted)

1sweet potatoes

2parsnips
-
2beets
-
2red potatotes

8baby carrots

1red onion

olive oil

steak seasoning

salt & pepper
How To Make root vegetable (roasted)

1wash and cut each veg. into 1 inch cubes Pre-heat oven to 425

2put all vegs. into a large bowl and drizzle olive oil over them until well coated
-
3spray a large baking pan with Pam put vegs into pan in a single layer sprinkle steak seasoning over the vegs- the amount is your own preference

4bake 15 mins and then turn vegs over and bake until they are easily pierced with a fork salt and pepper to taste
